Purchasing an online course can be a great way to shorten the massive learning curve of online business. Clicking the buy button on said course can be scary (and costly) if you don't have all the information. I have done my best to give you the most thorough and honest Project 24 Review on the internet.
This review is based on my first-hand experience as a member of Income School's Project 24 over the last 3 years.

Income School Project 24 Review
Jim Harmer and Ricky Kesler founded Income School. It started as a course teaching their unique method for building niche websites after the two business partners had started several successful online businesses. The blogging course developed a healthy following among people looking to make money online.
The premise of Project 24 is to follow the P24 process and timeline with the ultimate goal of earning a full-time income after 24 months.
Project 24 aims to guide you through the entire process: choosing a niche, buying a domain, setting up your blog, doing keyword research, and writing your first blog posts. The Project 24 method eventually teaches members how to format blog posts and monetize their websites with ads.
Let's take a look inside the course.
Pros:
- The course is very well organized
- Truly a step-by-step method
- Great for beginners
- Big upside if you follow the method and succeed
- Community is active and helpful
- Proven track record
- Also offers course material on:
- Creating a YouTube Channel
- Affiliate marketing
- Email marketing
- Creating online courses/info products
- Progress tracker is very helpful
Cons:
- Price may be an issue for some
- P24 method is very specific and may not be for everyone
- May not be for bloggers who are already getting significant traffic with their own method
- Blogging is hard, success is no guarantee, and many people fail
*I am including some screenshots of the the platform to give you a peak inside Project 24 but will not share anything proprietary to Income School.

Project 24 Course Structure And Organization
Project 24’s course structure is one of its major strengths. There is no shortage of great courses on the internet.
But I have never seen one laid out better than Income School’s Project 24.
Income school is not perfect, but they clearly care about giving buyers a great product that gives them the best chance of success. A lot of thought went into how P24 is structured.
Each of Project 24’s 100+ courses in its course library is laid out in a step-by-step sequence. Again, many online courses are laid out in a sequence but very few have the action steps defined so well.
Income School tells you what to do and gives you a time frame for doing it. Succeeding in blogging is not easy (very few worthwhile things are), but P24 makes it as easy on you as possible.
Project 24 has two primary paths for creating an online Side Hustle:
- The Blogging System
- The YouTube System
Beyond the 4 paths, They also offer some one-off courses on:
- Email Marketing
- Creating Info Products or Online Courses
- Monetization
- How To Get Traffic On Pinterest
- Hiring And Training Writers
- Buying And Selling Websites
- And More…
If you are following either the Blogging System or the YouTube System, you will have a very good chance of succeeding. I recommend choosing one path and sticking to the publishing schedule. You can always go back and add the other later.
Fight the strong pull of shiny object syndrome. You must make it through stretches where you produce content and nobody is reading or watching. It will feel like it's not working. Stay the course and stick to one method.
Project 24 Platform Layout
Income School has a beautiful platform. It is both nice to look at and intuitive.
From the menu, you have 4 options:
- My Story
- Course Dashboard
- Community
- More Resources
My Story – Progress Tracker
The “My Story” tab is the progress tracker. This is where Project 24 has a checklist of each task you are supposed to complete each month.
This photo is the progress tracker from a test site I have just started. I am testing a site using A.I.-generated content as a case study. If you would like to see the results of that case study, you can subscribe to our free newsletter:
Subscribe & Read About Our A.I. Content ExperimentThe progress tracker is a great feature and gives you a way to see your progress in real-time. It also helps manage expectations, as you are not likely to make money for a while if you are starting a content business.
Course Dashboard
The course dashboard (pictured above) leads you to the entire library of Income School course content. Each course can be accessed on its own by scrolling down and looking at the entire library.
A better way to navigate the course content is by choosing either the blogging system or the Youtube system and following the method step by step.
More advanced online business owners may want to go the a la carte route and watch an individual course on search analysis. You can do that by navigating the tabs in the course dashboard and selecting the search analysis course.
Or you can go through the Blogging course as a whole. You would organically come across the search analysis courses in steps 17 and 18.
Project 24 Resources
Project 24 has a healthy tool box of resources available only for Income School members. These resources include:
- The Blog Post Recipe
- Project 24 Milestones
- The Course Roadmap
- Helpful Files
- Recommended Tools
- An Insider Youtube videos
All the resources in this tab are available only to income school members.
Income School YouTube Channel
The Income School YouTube Channel is a free resource available to all. Income school has over 400 videos on YouTube, most of which are long form videos covering blogging or YouTube strategy.
I love that Income School gives away a ton of valuable information for free on their YouTube Channel. You could easily get a start in blogging by following only free videos from the Income School YouTube channel.
What you pay for when you buy the membership is:
- The full library of courses, nothing is held back
- A step-by-step guide through the process in sequential order
- All additional resources
- The Blog Post Recipe
- Course Roadmap
- How To Train Writers, etc…
- Access To Community And Support
There is plenty more. If you are really serious about this and have the spare cash, paying for the course is a no brainer. If you are unsure, the YouTube channel is a great way to get started for free!
Community And Support
Project 24 has a loyal audience and active community. The Community tab includes:
- A Member's Forum
- Member's only podcast
- Masterminds
- Share Your Project 24 Review
- Content Warrior Challenge
- Blog
I will quickly highlight a few of these features as some of them are very helpful:
Project 24 Review Of Member's Forum
The members forum on Income School is an active private community. It is hosted as a message board and broken down by category.
The Income School team is active in the forum daily.
Inside the forum you get to see the good, the bad, and the ugly. You get to see stories of people who have achieved a full-time income using the Project 24 method (there are plenty). You get to read about people who are struggling to gain traffic (there are plenty of those too). People celebrate other members making their first dollar online.
The best Project 24 review you can get is inside the forum. This photo is from the first page of the forum today. An Income School member shares how much traffic his website received in the past 3 months. You will see everything from “Income School helped me reach full time income!” to “I think its time to give up”.
Like any business, people fail and people succeed at this. Even with a proven method, many people struggle to create a successful site. The reasons include:
- Choosing an overly competitive niche
- Poorly written content
- Lack of content
- Poor keyword research or search analysis
- Inconsistency
The community is a great resource and it helps to see the real-life experience of regular people like you.
Masterminds
I have not participated in a mastermind live since my full-time job is fairly demanding but Project 24 keeps the video replays live on the site. These Mastermind groups are live webinars where members get to work alongside Project 24 members and staff.
The topics are different each week and include:
- Staff from Project 24 review of member's writing
- Search Analysis
- Affiliate Marketing Strategies
- Many More…
Content Warrior Challenge
The Content Warrior Challenge is a group challenge run by Project 24 every so often. The challenge is to write 60,000 words in a month.
Publishing blog posts can be a slog. This is a great way to challenge yourself to pump out content and have some support in doing it.
Project 24 Library Of Courses
Project 24 has one of the largest libraries of course content I have ever seen. It is actually THE largest i have seen but I have not ordered every course out there.
If you have any concern about lack of content you can go ahead and put that to bed. The blogging system alone has over 12 hours of video and this does not include the Youtube system.
Inside The Project 24 Blogging System
The Project 24 blogging course has a total of 75 courses and over 12 hours of course content.
Here is a sample of the topics covered in the Blogging System:
- Niche Selection
- Registering a Domain
- Recommended WordPress Settings
- Recommended Plugins
- Choosing a WordPress theme
- Search Analysis
- The Blog Post Recipe
- Answer Targets
- Building Topical Authority
- Affiliate Marketing & Ads
- And Many Many More…
As you can see, Income School uses a good mix of necessary technical information with strategy and content creation methods.
Beginners should feel good about being guided through the technical information that could bog you down.
The Project 24 YouTube System
The Project 24 YouTube System has 80 video courses and over 18 hours of video content! That is over 1,100 minutes of video.
The YouTube course content topics include:
- Setting up a YouTube channel
- Naming your YouTube channel
- Topic ideation
- Youtube search engine optimization
- How to publish
- Which gear to buy
- Monetization
- Many more
Quality Of Information
In the past two years, I have paid for many online courses. I enjoy doing them.
I have learned plenty about what makes a good course and what makes a bad one. The quality of the information in the course is a major determining factor in that distinction.
What makes a quality course?
- Rich content
- Clearly defined action items
- Calls to action
- Clarity of the directions
- The sequence of the course
- Production value
- Engagement
- Community and support
Unfortunately, too many internet courses are a money grab. They are stuffed with thin content. Thin content is filled with fluff and very little actionable advice.
None of those concerns are an issue here. Project 24 contains more than 30 hours of course material and all the tools you need to build a successful website.
Traditional SEO Methods vs. Project 24
Project 24 has a very specific way of approaching niche websites. This unique method is different from most of the advice you will see in popular youtube videos and Google search results.
Much conventional search engine optimization (SEO) advice focuses on link building. Link building is the process of increasing the number of backlinks that point to your site. Google has long said backlinks matter and it is clear they do.
The process of how to acquire backlinks is where opinions start to differ.
Many advanced internet marketers will take an aggressive link building approach. This approach to link building involves reaching out to website owners and either asking for backlinks or offering to write free content for their website in exchange for a backlink.
The higher the credibility (or “authority”) of the website giving the backlink, the more valuable that backlink is in Google's eyes.
Many niche site owners resort to questionable methods to acquire backlinks. Google has shown a history of penalizing websites for questionable link building tactics.
Income School Project 24 Method
The Project 24 method does not include any active link building. Jim and Ricky argue that as a publisher, your focus should be on creating high quality content.
Quality content lends itself to natural backlinks where people share links to your site organically when they come across helpful content.
Income School teaches you to do two things really well:
- Perfect the process of keyword research
- Create quality content that helps the searcher
The Project 24 method accomplishes Number 2 through a specific “Blog Post Recipe”. This blog post recipe is a valuable resource and template for writing quality content.
The Project 24 method then has a “Roadmap” detailing how many posts you should publish each month in order to quit your day job and earn a full time income blogging.
Obviously there are a lot of small steps in between and that is one of the things that makes Project 24 a great online course.
When I was introduced to internet marketing, I was clueless.
Completely clueless.
The idea of setting up a web page and all of the technical steps involved was intimidating to say the least. The Income School team does a great job of guiding you through the technical slog and into what matters:
Creating content.
You can get a much more in depth look at the Project 24 method by poking around the Income School YouTube channel. All of the content is free and it is a great intro to how they approach building passive income through building niche sites.
Proof & Success Stories
So does it work?
Here are some stats from Income School's website.
This is the running count of milestones achieved by Project 24 members. P24 calls your first $5 “Curry Day”.
Full time income is completely relative. These milestones have been achieved by people all over the world in different situations. Some people need more than others.
What income school considers “full time income” is around $4,000 USD I believe. Depending on where you live, that may or may not be enough for you to live on. But its nothing to scoff at.
The fact that 215 people have achieved this level of income through niche blogging or creating youtube channels is motivating enough. This level of success is possible.
Value
Project 24 is not cheap. At the same time, it is a great value.
Project 24 costs $449 a year, then $249/year every year after that. You are locked in at that price as long as you remain a member. Project 24 was about $100 cheaper for the initial membership and the renewal when I joined. I have stayed locked in at that previous price.
Whether Project 24 is a good value or not depends on what you put into it. If you follow the method and stick it out for two years or even one year, I believe it is a no-brainer.
I read one Project 24 review that suggested Project 24 is too expensive. Honestly, I do not think it is. Unfortunately, I have paid more for less value. This project 24 review says the course is accurately priced and a good value if you stick it out.
Check the current price of Project 24 Here
A $450 investment is worth it for the opportunity to earn thousands of dollars per month down the road. This income can be very passive after the initial work is put in
Project 24 also continually adds to its course library. When I started my membership, the YouTube system did not exist. I would guess the number of courses has doubled since 2020.
Trust Factor
I love the fact that the Income School team is honest about how hard it is to make money online. When course creators make grand promises about what your course will do for them, it is a huge red flag for me.
Project 24 makes no such promise. In fact, the Income School website says “successful business requires skill” and “Project 24 is not a promise of success”.
While Project 24 makes no grand promises, they do highlight what is possible in internet business if you put in the work.
The staff at Income School come off as trustworthy and they have proven to be that over the past 3 years of my membership. The niche of making money online is filled with scams and inauthentic creators.
Income School is far from a scam. It is run by good people, making an honest living while helping others create successful niche sites and YouTube Channels.
The Verdict: Summary Of Project 24 Review
Choosing the perfect online course can be daunting, but after 3 years with Income School's Project 24, I can genuinely say it's a wise investment for aspiring bloggers. Project 24 offers a realistic roadmap to achieving a full-time income in 24 months, covering everything from niche selection to monetizing strategies.
While it shines with an organized course structure, supportive community, and diverse lessons (even branching into YouTube and Affiliate Marketing), it’s not a magic bullet. Blogging is challenging and the program's specific methodology may not resonate with everyone. Yet, for dedicated learners, Project 24 is a solid launchpad.
Our Project 24 review is positive because the product is excellent.
